About Mangia! Mangia!  Workshops

We welcome all with coffee and biscotti - then work through the following: 

  • What  meat to buy, how to section and debone the meat, how to mince in order to obtain the correct size, how to prepare and season meat for filling to ensure proper curing, the importance of filling the casings firmly and how to prepare salami for curing. We only use NATURAL casings. (not dried)
  • We will also go through how to make capacollo and pancetta

Whilst the meat is absorbing the seasoning we sit and enjoy a much deserved  plate of pasta.

Mangia! Mangia! ensures an interactive, hands-on and informative experience - just ask any who have come along in the past.

Our workshops are interactive and hands on - plus a lot of fun! Come along and become a part of the Mangia! Mangia!  Movement.
